Identification Test. More detailed (yet still simple)
instructions included with DNA test.

 |
|
|

1. Remove the two
swabs from paper
sleeve.
2. Rub the inside of
dog's cheek with each
swab for 10 seconds.
3. Allow swabs to dry at
room temperature.
4. Place swabs in
paper sleeve, fill out
Customer Information
Card and mail using
prepaid return
envelope.
